Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Rates calculated at checkout

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage upon arrival.
Claims submitted after 7 days, or claims without arrival - time photos, cannot be approved. We provide free replacements only - no RETURNS or REFUNDS
